1. Orders and Products

How do I place an order?
Browse the products, add your selected items to the cart, and complete checkout. You’ll get an order confirmation once everything is submitted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can make changes or cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once it’s dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or edit it.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
You can return the item if it arrives damaged or defective. Send it back in its original condition and packaging. After inspection, we’ll issue a refund including shipping fees.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Return it in its original condition and packaging. After verification, your refund will be processed. Returns are free within 10 days.
When are returns not accepted?
Returns are not accepted if:
- Request is made after 15 days
- Item is used or not in original condition
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, hosiery
- Freebies or bundled items
- Covered by manufacturer warranty
- Consumables already used or installed
- Missing or tampered serial numbers
- Missing tags, labels, or accessories
- Fragile or hygiene-related items
Can I return clothing and fashion accessories?
Yes, you can return them within 15 days if:
- They are not listed as non-returnable
- Not marked as clearance or no-return
- Unused and in original packaging with tags
Which items cannot be returned at all?
- Clearance items with no-return policy
- Offers marked non-returnable
- Underwear, lingerie, socks, hosiery
- Beauty and fragrance products
- Consumables after use or installation
Can I return an item without the original packaging?
No. Returns are accepted only if the product is in unopened original packaging with intact labels/barcodes. Contact the Help Center for special cases.

2. Payments and Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfers, and digital wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash.
How do refunds work for COD orders?
Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa. Transfer charges may apply.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds usually take 7 to 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery is available within Muzaffarabad city. Orders above Rs. 5000 may include extra charges for remote locations.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on location and product availability.
Where can I find the prepaid return label?
Once you submit a return request, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (Air Waybill).
