Orders & Products

Q. How do I place an order?
Simply browse products on our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation once the process is complete.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Q. I received a defective/damaged item. Can I get a refund?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can return it in the same condition with the original packaging intact. After inspection, we’ll process your refund along with any shipping fees.

Q. I received the wrong item. How can I return it?
If you receive the wrong product, return it in its original condition and packaging. Once verified, we’ll process your refund. Returns are free within 10 days.

Q. When are returns not possible?
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Return request made after 15 days of delivery.

  2. Item is used, damaged, or not in original condition.

  3. Innerwear, lingerie, socks, hosiery, or freebies.

  4. Defective products under manufacturer warranty.

  5. Consumables that are used or installed.

  6. Items with missing or tampered serial numbers.

  7. Packages missing tags, labels, freebies, or accessories.

  8. Fragile or hygiene-related items.

Q. Can I return clothing & fashion accessories?
Yes, fashion items can be returned within 15 days if they are:

  • Not listed in the Non-Returnable List.

  • Not marked as Clearance/No-Return items.

  • In the same condition with original packaging and tags.

Q. What items cannot be returned at all?

  • Clearance items with a No-Return Policy.

  • Items where the offer specifically mentions non-returnable.

  • Underwear, lingerie, socks, hosiery.

  • Beauty & fragrances.

  • Consumables once used or installed.

Q. I lost the original packaging. Can I still return my item?
Unfortunately, returns are only accepted in unopened, original packaging with intact labels/barcodes. Please contact our Help Center for case-specific assistance.


Payments & Refunds

Q. What payment methods are available?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and digital wallets like Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Q. I paid through Cash on Delivery. How will I get my refund?
Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa. Please note: transfer charges may be deducted.

Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Shipping & Delivery

Q. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery within Muzaffarabad city. Orders above Rs. 5000 may include charges for remote areas.

Q. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location and product availability.

Q. Where can I find the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill for returns?
Once you request a return, a pre-paid shipping label (Air Waybill) will be emailed to you for free returns.

Q. Do I need an account to shop on 3M?
Yes, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and enjoy a smoother checkout.

Your data is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer support. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.
